We selected the Menu Dégustation as part of a forfait giving us the option to chose any thing from the a la carte menu if we wish, I recommend foie de canard au torchon. The menu was excellent with a good selection, an exceptional service as we were the only couple in the restaurant, being the second friday after the season opening.
