A nice restaurant with very friendly service. The menue card is currently very small. Therefore we have eaten (for us the only interesting choice) fish and chip...

Maten var bra. Hade förväntat mig ett större utbud. Men all mat höll hög kvalitet och med en varm kamin och utsikt över vatten är det svårt att slå.

"Really tasty eating, great selection of beer and wine and nice atmosphere to cinnamon. presumably also price and a nice selection of different means of life. Unfortunately it took over 45 minutes to get for a table of 4 for food, so have given 4 stars. 2 pizzas a pasta and a burger it was not complicated. think they, we should be informed or offered a few brot while we wait. either there are 4, because everything else was great. including the staff, friendly and helpful."

"On a trip to Umeå, we were on the hunt for vegan-friendly places to eat. It was down to Rost and another place. As luck would have it, Rost was right around the corner from our hotel. My partner had the Fresh Cheese Plate, which the restaurant made vegan by giving him extra hummus, It was served with bulgar, chile beans, quinoa, and curry beans. He also raved about the lovely dark pumpernickel bread that came with his meal. I had the soup of the day (which is always vegan btw It was tomato and sweet pea with herb toast and a lovely fresh summer salad. Both meals were fantastic. If I had anything to say, it would only be that I was missing a little savory to break up the sweet on my plate, but that it just me splitting hairs. On our way out the door, we made it as far as the dessert display before turning around to head back in for a slice of carrot cake (non-vegan) and a chocolate ball (vegan). Both desserts were yummy. The atmosphere is modern, trendy and great for a 2014 bistro."

"Great pizza and awesome service. We were camping nearby and came in to have some pizzas and waitress spoke perfect english and helped with the menu. Fallafels were one of the best we tasted and double stuffed pizza was HUGE and really tasty. Good value for the money, most expensive pizza was 150kr. Will definetly visit again if in Umeå"
