I enjoy dining at this cafe sometimes. They have delicious Gyozas and offer three different types of rolls. While it would be nice to have more options, having at least three is a good thing. It's rare to find a cafe in Tagbilaran serving rolls with a view like this one. View all feedback.

I've been craving for some Japanese food for quite some time... and being this restaurant as the only Japanese restaurant in Tagbilaran I know of, I went in. Ordered California maki and a bowl of ramen. The tobiko on the California maki was scant, was eehhh. Worst of all, the noodle was super mushy! You can barely pick it up with chopsticks coz it falls apart. I told two different waitresses regarding this and they j... View all feedback.
Went here for a 2nd visit after a sub par visit a few months ago during a power outage. I thought I'd give them another chance since I thought my first visit just was on a bad day.Well I wish I would have never came back! I ordered a beer and they brought out one that was room temperature at best. When I complained they offered to bring me ice. I said no thanks but I'd take a Pepsi with ice instead as beer on ice doesn't taste good to me. They brought me the Pepsi with enough ice to cool only a few ounces. I ordered some ramen noodle soup, a California Roll and a crunchy roll thinking it would be hard to screw this up. Boy was I wrong. The soup arrived cold and the California Roll had a mayonnaise like substance on the top for decoration that ruined the taste. After waiting for a while, the crunchy roll finally arrived and when I took the first bite, the mango inside was still frozen. This by far was the worst meal I've ever had anywhere! It was terrible and a total waste of money for food that wasn't cheap. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
Tired old menue. Wait staff preoccupied so service non existent. Sparce serving sizes. Visit only if you are desperate for Japanese food.

I've been in other branches of Rairai Ken before, but I never had such a disappointing experience... Very, very disappointing.
1st of all there are no sushis. The service is extremely poor the waitresses obviously don't like their work/customer service. It is inspired by Japanese food but this is far from any Japanese food.Quality is bad and if you go washing your hands, as you will be doing it in the "kitchen" you can see how disgusting is the place explaining why the food taste and look so bad.Even fast food do better for cheaper...To avoid as plague...
Foods are good but they served only little amount of it. It's good for a diet person only. The green tea is expensive as they're using only the regular lipton green tea in the market.
