I have tried brick oven pizzas at many places across the country, but nothing quite matches the quality of Gino's. Their pizza dough is perfectly thin and chewy, and the variety of flavors they offer is impressive. One of my favorites is the SMEGG pizza, but I also recommend trying their salted egg pasta and burrata caprese. Whenever I crave pizza, Gino's is always my go-to spot! View all feedback.
What Saul Hessel doesn't like about Gino's Brick Oven Pizza:
Pizza reviews are always tough to write - everyone has a different opinion when it comes to pizza. So this is my take on the pizza at Gino's - average at best. The main problems are the watery sauce and soggy crust. In my opinion, not a good pizza. We also tried a pasta dish - again, average at best. To be fair, I have been to Gino's before and the quality of the pizza was a lot better. I am just hoping they had an o... View all feedback.
First time eating here after the movies. It's quite uncommon to see a wood oven pizza place that is affordable as this one. This place is located at Serendra along BGC. The interiors gives a rustic cottage feel with red brick walls and wood and oregano pots hanging on one wall. Nice. The staff was attentive. They recommended for us to try the Smegg pizza which is one of their bestsellers and the Salted egg carbonara. So we decided to get what she suggested. The pizza, Smegg i guess was named so because of the shiitake mushrooms and egg toppings. It was nice and creamy, the pizza dogh itself has a nice crust as expected from a pizza cooked in a wood oven, slightly chewy and a bit too thin for me but it was ok. The salted egg carbonara was also nice and eggy and creamy. Both dishes were good on its own, but when I ate them together, I think I got an egg overload. Everything tasted so rich. Maybe next time I would order a different pizza with the salted egg carbonara. It was a good thing we ordered Angelizzas which are small bite sized pizzas. Think crispy potato chips with pizza toppings. This one I really loved and it somehow saved me from having too much egg for my dinner. We had iced tea by the pitcher for our drinks.Price was reasonable seeing the quality of the food. The place is cozy and can be a great place to hang out with family and friends. Will be coming back to this place

We adore this restaurant. The pizza is consistently excellent and the quality is hard to find in Manila. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. This is our favorite spot, whether we're getting takeout or dining in.
We called to make a reservation because it was dinner time. We were informed that reservations were unnecessary. Since we live in Serendra, we showed up within 5 minutes and was told that there was a wait time. The restaurant was packed but this was not informed when we called. The hostess at the door asked if we had reservations. The supervisor was stupefied when we complained and obviously had no training in handling customer complaint. The person they have assigned to answer their phones likewise need training. Alienating this customer was what they succeeded in doing this evening.
