I love Mamou. Their Lorenzo Truffle Cream pasta is just to die for. You'll never get enough of it. The Ribeye is flavorful, but I wish they would season it a little more. You can season it yourself, but they serve you rock salt, so it's not really evenly distributed. I've tried Mamou in Rockwell and in Serendra. I like the ambiance in Rockwell better. This is an example of a restaurant that is resting on its laurels. The prime rib we had was poorly prepared - unseared, unseasoned, and the wrong size (they had gotten the order wrong).
