I love Mamou. Their Lorenzo Truffle Cream pasta is just to die for. You'll never get enough of it. The Ribeye is flavorful, but I wish they would season it a little more. You can season it yourself, but they serve you rock salt, so it's not really evenly distributed. I've tried Mamou in Rockwell and in Serendra. I like the ambiance in Rockwell better. This is an example of a restaurant that is resting on its laurels. The prime rib we had was poorly prepared - unseared, unseasoned, and the wrong size (they had gotten the order wrong). For almost 2K pesos, one would expect something pretty darn good, not something that gives us much satisfaction as the overstaying roast beef on hotel buffets.
