"Decent burgers. Had the Hawaiian Teriyaki and the Elk burgers and they both lacked a bit of flavour. Service was also all over the place. Took us forever to find a hostess who could get us seated. Everything about this place is so-so."

"New chef is very poor. He provides a chunk of pot roast without any sauce and calls it short ribs. I've ordered this dish for years and thought it the Lodge's best meal. The Lodge remains a good place to get a salad or hamburger, but it is no longer a place for fine dinning."

"Perfect refueling spot after a long run on the Tahoe Rim and Flume trails, which are accessible right out the back door. The food. Is healthy and delicious plus a wide beverage selection. It's one of my top favorites!"
