"Best place for the ice cream around the Donner lake. I like their shot of espresso over vanilla ice-cream and caramel with salt. The best thing is mini size. With my age I can’t have big icecream cups with this size I can try more verities. They have so many to try. All are great."

"I've been to the West Coast Market before. I usually go there to get a sandwich. Today I stopped with my wife and we got the turkey club. So much is amazing! The staff there was very friendly on the way out we made sure to take a cookie to go with their sandwich. But I really like in this place it is also a clean toilet. It's a great place to stop. It is located directly on the highway 89. It is also super simple parking."

"It’s so sad that long time restaurants nickel and dime their customers. First of all, your food is mediocre at best, way overpriced for quality, then you are charging customers $4 for french fries? Do better Bridgetender, not every one of your customers are the entitled Bay Area or Southern California tourists that wreak havoc on our towns."

"Extremely friendly people! Great sandwiches, awesome coffee, amazing cakes, pastries n other bakery items. Everything super fresh! They have a small dine in area inside n outside too. Oh n you can buy some gourmet stuff like pasta sauces, pickles, dips etc for your pantry too! We visit this place every time we are in Tahoe area."

"Not the restaurant’s fault that it was too smoky to dine outside, however I didn’t appreciate the sticky high top table provided right next to the entrance, nor the fact that we were ignored by the waitstaff for about half an hour after being seated. We were kindly allowed to move inside to the more formal dining area when requested. Tomato soup en croute was delicious as were the scallops and burger. Sadly the most expensive dish, Alaskan halibut was overcooked and dry, veggies would have been good if not over salted. If not for the disappointing halibut, the food would have earned or stars instead of For the price charged, halibut should have been excellent. Waitress offered no recourse when told it was overdone. Would be nice if the wine list had more reasonably priced selections, starting at about is a little steep. The French Chardonnay was very good as it better be for over I’ll think twice before making another journey to Truckee from Zephyr Cove for a dinner out at Moody’s"
