這間店最令人感到驚豔的莫過於湯頭，慢熬雞湯鍋的濃郁香甜讓人回味，忍不住多喝了幾口，喝完後也不會令人感覺口乾舌燥，感覺真的有店家所說的全程堅持不加人工調味料。昆布柴魚鍋則有著香味十足的昆布味道，清甜味十足；加湯也同樣的使用原本的湯頭加入，而不是用清湯，完全不用怕稀釋湯頭的任何味道。極鮮白蝦新鮮脆口，鮮活蛤蠣肥美鮮甜，這兩樣海鮮真的是必推項目。相比之下，無骨雞腿肉略為遜色，雖然表面有稍微煎過，卻沒有香氣，雞腿感覺也偏小隻... View all feedback.
