"Tainan is famous for cattle soup. When it comes to late snack, many people recommend BEEF SOUP. Usually the restaurant of beef soup opens late, closes late. Some of them even open until tomorrow. Fresh beef cuts are never frozen. They only put raw beef in the bowl, use cook soup to eat it ready. That's the best thing I've eaten on this trip.
