"Closed before 8:30 pm despite an advertised 10pm close. No explanation, just denial of service. We didn't even get a voucher or anything for the inconvenience. Can't give more than 1 star because we weren't allowed to eat there. Usually it's a great spot, but I haven't been there in a while, maybe things have changed for the worse. We definitely won't be back. Went to Texas Roadhouse instead, and they were on the ball. The nearby TGIFridays is also a great alternative I have no problems recommending."

"I remember the five-grained rice balls stuffed with vegan filling when I first discovered this place, but during my last visit the rice ball was only half full filling: the upper half was only rice. Service was also very slow because they met several food panda orders. I also wish they had unsweetened versions of their vegetable milk: Only soya milk can be ordered without the addition of sugar. But the almond/oat/brown rice milk was pretty good and very thick. The dumplings (both cabbage and salted mustards) were also delicious, but I could have used a hot sauce. Finally, you would think that they would be able to have someone who can read their English spellings of things before they print their menu and publish it in their restaurant."
