The staff here are really amazing and helpful. Our concierge spoke fluent English and went absolutely above and beyond to assist and to make sure we were not wanting for anything. The rooms are a little in the small side but definitely not cramped. They are well maintained and throughy clean. Rooms are about what you would expect in Tokyo for the price, but they were really clean and neat. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. Location is great. Staff is so so. We were checking in 2 minutes (1458) before the check-in time and the woman at the front desk made us wait downstairs before going up to the room, which is honestly quite ridiculous.
