Our dinner was an absolutely fantastic and authentic Italian dinner. Personal is very friendly and accommodating. Food is absolutely delicious for a reasonable price. A must try when in Bohol!
We went to their restaurant which is just a tricycle-ride away from Alona/ Bohol Beach Club/ Hennan or South Palms resort. Food was really good, authentic Italian and prices are reasonable and much cheaper than most resort food. We seriously loved the Four Cheese Pizza at first bite, and we just had to take out 1 full pie to bring to our hotel. The couple who manages the place are good with wine, too. We ordered wines for my brother's wedding, and everyone had good words to say.
Villa Formosa - Ideal Location & lovely staff (((Thank you)))During our second phase of our (Gordon & Sissy) Philippines diving & snorkelling vacation we picked out this hotel on AirBNB away from the main hub (ALONA BEACH) but only 150PP in a tricycle & better still within five minutes walking to the rather special Dumaluan beach = you must visit.. The staff are extremely lovely folk and the food is prepared fresh in an open kitchen with a proper pizza oven. Our accommodation was comfortable and clean with adequate air conditioning. Happy hour for those alcohol lovers 3pm > 6pm. Recommended yeah ... Respect Gordon & Sissy (March 2017)
Alloggiando in questo resort, abbiamo avuto modo di provare il ristorante, sia per colazione che per cena. E che ristorante...!!! Tutto ottimo. Pizza superba, gnocchi al gorgonzola da leccarsi i baffi, filetto di tonno squisito e dulcis in fundo tortino di cioccolato con gelato!!! Bravo Mathias e tutto lo staff!!!
Despite the slightly Taiwanese name, this restaurant is Italian food. I had the homemade pasta with black truffles and thoroughly enjoyed it! The only slight negative was the bruschetta appetizer was the most expensive I had in Panglao and it was disappointing in both expectation and quantity.
