I'm really disappointed in this visit. The shake I was given was NOT to standard for a Carl's Jr. There was literally NO ice cream in it. It was like they poured milk in a cup, and that was it. NOT WHAT A CARL'S JR SHAKE IS SUPPOSED TO BE! They were good when it opened, but it's as if they don't care anymore. Staff didn't smile or act friendly either. That was the final nail in the coffin.
