"The coolest little soba restaurant with a dedicated vegan menu. to choose a series of dishes from which were full, fragrant and delicious. we were so glad to have the famous court in the traditional village hida furukawa. the owner was so beautiful that we were offered a free sake for which hida is so famous. highly recommended that everyone visit furukawa in hida and go for soba in this restaurant!"

"Was nice to taste so many types of tofu (I had the menu with the 7 diffrents) I liked a lot that they don't have to choose a certain tofu, especially because I didn't know much about diffrent arten, so it was very nice to try the diffrent aromen. I ate in a tempel later, eating out of the Buddhist monks was really equal to this restaurant, so I can really find it for those who want to find out how especially they diffrent heavy aromen can combine with the decent taste of many species of tofu."

"We actually went there twice during our stay in Takayama. The cold sobs noodles were refreshing and went down a treat. The daikon was extremely nice with just the right punch. Don’t forget the use the soyaba to finish the meal."
