not being able to celebrate as you must with the nod, this year we opted for lunch...in solitary. the crotto is on top of the village of TALAMONA, all in stone and set up with some cribs in the garden, it was only missing the snow to make it magical. we need the nice and young owner; we order appetizers of mixed meats, crushed, lazzoccheri (buonissimi) and cut with potatoes. very pleasant and quiet lunch then descend... Two appetizers composed of some slice of sliced slice and a supposed hunter or salami of the area. Two slices of about 1 cm per size 10x10 of ricotta of unclear origin.
