Best stop in Talkeetna! Had a lot of samples of all of their products. Similar to maple syrup, yet different. They offered a free tour that took 20 minutes where they went through the entire birch syrup making process with samples of the syrup at different days during the tree tapping season (21ish days). Loved stopping here.The Blueberry icecream with Blueberry Syrup were the best i’d ever had in the US. It was just perfect, not everybody gets this flavor right....
