"The owners are vegetarian, but serve reindeer and fish as part of the 'Alaska' experience. The restaurant is connected to the Denali Brewing Company, a local microbrau. The house made Veggie Burger is made of chic pea, broccoli, mushroom, and other general goodness. The Patty is HUGE and is served for diving with mountain-sized sweet potatoes and a lemon caper aioli. "Talkeetna here, this is my way to the burger joint when I need a quick bite. because they are not mainly in the city, the traffic here is not almost as heavy as the other restaurants in the opposite. When they arrive in a bus, this is directly over the road from the bus depot and it takes literally seconds to go here. the shirley burger with the points is a great first choice. apropos deads, they have fantastic proportions for their sides. shirley doesn't disappear at this end. the owner is incredibly nice and personal. the burger barn will come my business for years."

"I was confused at first, but it appears that this restaurant is the same as Denali Brew Pub in general... at least when I went to DBP there was a “Twister Creek Specials” section on the menu. My husband and I were able to veganize the pretzels (no butter added to the tops and sub marinara sauce for the beer cheese for dipping). The only item we were told was vegan as is was the teriyaki veggie rice dish, which we split and which I thought was really tasty... and felt very healthy! We also split fries. It was all pretty delicious."
