Called in order only to call when I arrived to be told I 'm not blaming you and I 'm not blaming me, but your your order wasn 't clear. What was it you wanted? I had been very explicit when ordering so that was not the problem. I had to speak to someone else who was familiar with their menu to get the correct order and then had another 20 minute wait. Service- really slow. It's understaffed and have a very slow take from sitting down to when your server gets to you. I was afraid of ordering anything...

"The food here is authentic and delicious. The Indonesian food was comforting and yummy and the lo mein was the best I've ever had. They were not serving sushi which made me sad even though they had it on the menu. Prices were more than I expected seeing as reviews said inexpensive but I wouldn't say that. The owner is super friendly and checked on us often. Atmosphere is lacking but food makes up for it!"

"Ok 5 stars for a chain rarely happens from me but I don't think I give Carrabba's enough credit. I have been an occasional customer for years. Through the past two years of the pandemic they stayed open. They continued bar service when almost every other chain quit. Their staff is friendly and efficient and the food is always consistent. I have never been disappointed and it has evolved to be one of my favorites."
