Shell Oyster - Tallahassee

I love the food! But our waitress was very crisp and rude. She seemed very upset with us to eat here, and didn't seem like she wanted us in the restaurant. It wasn't just us, it was all she served. People sat next to us and asked if she had a posture with us or if it was just her. Nevertheless, the oysters were the best I ever had! The crab cakes had quite a lot of no crabs and was simply overly baked, but still tasted just good!!

Fresh food, good oysters and friendly staff. Definitely on my places to go cash.

Wow, we're so shocked and impressed. When you show up, is that the right place? Then go in, very rustic, very friendly, and the food is to die. Our waitress was there for two weeks and she treated us and our daughter like family. If you're not here, you really need to examine your head.

This place is a hidden gem in Tallahassee. The food is amazing! I visit lunch and I'll be in the door as soon as they open when the place is small and fill it out quickly! Once you've had their naked oysters, you'll see why. As you enter, waiters take your orders and until the time you sit, you have served drinks and apps. This place is moving fast. But you don't feel rushed. Everybody's super friendly. Don't come in expected fine food. Your food is served in reusable baskets, with packed cutlery and paper cups. But who cares if you are served fresh, hot seafood and great pages! The only drawback is that they are only CASH ONLY, which can be a little unpleasant for those of us who rarely carry money. Apart from that, I have no complaints. Love this place!

Can't believe I've lived in Tallahassee my entire 46 years of life and today was my first time visiting! Great food, great staff, great location, and i love the BYOB! Oysters were the best!
