This is the perfect spot to start or end your day. The food is always cooked to perfection, and the service is fantastic. We've never had a bad experience, and the meals are always served hot. We visit three to four times a week, and everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and courteous. The standout at the Park Ave location is the manager, who is truly exceptional. What User doesn't like about Village Inn Park Avenue:
I was served pamcakes that were old and overdone. This location does not compare to other Village Inns I regularly visit. When I brought the overdone, stale pancakes to the attention of the waitress, she did not say anything. So, I asked if they could be replaced. First of our waitress athena was wonderful. her attitude was so sweet. the cripples were also delicious. I really wish we had a village house in virginia.
Excellent restaurant, great food. Mrs Kim is the absolute best manager. My favorite eating place.
We come here during weekends, and we usually go to Village Inn by Capital Circle, but it gets busy there in the morning, soo, I thought of driving here (Village Inn Park Avenue by Magnolia) coz I really want to have that “corned beef” (from their Reuben sandwich) with my over easy eggs and has brown
The food was good. But the server added coffee to my bill when I hadn't ordered it. Also I asked for wheat toast no butter, but got white toast with butter. The bill was corrected. Village Inn doesn't have a Senior menu, but they give Senior discounts.
The water quality is beyond terrible. It's so bad you need to taste it in order to experience it for yourself. The customer service is excellent and the food is great. I want to give 5 stars but the water tastes like it came from a public pool. There is no excuse for this. Either they have ulterior motives or they simply do not care about the quality of the water. The ulterior motive could be they leave the water unfiltered so people will spend the money buying tea or soda to hide it's terrible taste.
