I called in to place my order for pick up specifically because I wanted no Swiss cheese on the firehouse burger and add pepper jack. I asked for extra cheddar on the loaded fries . But I got the pepper jack on my chicken sandwich Instead and still the Swiss on the burger. Everything was burnt black! The fries had barely anything on them for being loaded .
