We drove here from Tamarindo only because this restaurant is totally gluten free. Roads were bad (no surprise). They make “sandwiches” with Tapioca flour. You can watch them make them on a grill on the counter. We had the Cococabana, the Tamarindo, and the cheese bread, along with some cakepops. I loved the cakepops.
