What Jack david likes about Balbi's:
Seafood is fresh. Taste is acceptable, but they fix certain dishes on an unorthodox manner. For example shrimp a la cockroach was more like devil shrimp, totally unrelated. Service is novice but not too bad. I was served a very generous shot of tequila on my recent visit. View all feedback.
