before the next buffet course, I had to ask myself to take used teller away. no teller available if the selection of desserts, we had to ask. not a coffee, but only tea after the meal. no mülleimer for the disposal of tee bags etc. that eating was o.k, but under standard level for the Christmas-day buffet lunch. minced pies saw shop bought. the mini-pavlovas could not be taken up with the tangs as they were too soft...
