It’s inside Westin Tampa Bay no breakfast buffet and have to buy the breakfast separate if you are not added part of your westin stay. If you are adding extra items you end up paying almost $19 for breakfast Dinner and lunch items are high priced so it’s recommended only if you have no option to drive around and get food.
