Everything in this place was AMAZING! Our server was Erin and she was so friendly, joyful and very attentive. We ordered the sugary stuff….. Churro Waffles and Cinnamon bun French Toast. The Cinnamon French Toast was delicate, fluffy and delicious. The Churro Waffles are TO DIE FOR! It literally tastes EXACTLY like a churro and it so crispy but soft on the inside. What Chris Gas doesn't like about Canopy Road Cafe:
Nice looking restaurant, but they have those awful metal chairs that many restaurants seem to favor in recent years. You know- the ones that look like they belong in a barn, where the sides dig into your sides. Uncomfortable for even 10 min, let alone the 35 minutes it took to get our food. Food was ok, but took far too long for an omelet and eggs benedict. View all feedback.

"I love this place! I used to be a frequent customer before I moved away; now I'm back and the quality and service remains the same delicious and delightful! If you see only a couple pandebono, ask, because they more than likely have more fresh and warm in the back. Their pandebono has a yummy flavor that tastes fresh, doesn't feel greasy or leave you feeling heavy after. They are a great size as well!I got arepa de choclo with quesito, (que rico!! for when you get the craving. The guava and cheese pastry is for a little bit later today, but I've had it before and it's also amazing. Can't wait to eat this one.The ladies are always patient and pleasant with their warm smiles.There is a lot of construction around the building, and with a smaller parking lot, keep that in mind for morning rush hour. Drive slow when you get nearby, Google Maps is not accurate with the turn. If you're coming from the west then you'll need to pass it and u turn. There's no tables inside, so it's a order and to go. Buen provecho!"
