Encouraged to sign up for rewards but then several staff members have no idea how the rewards work. Employee training is needed on this aspect.

The oil that chicken was cooked made chicken taste burnt and oily. Chicken dry and over cooked. Green beans were cold and collards green’s were fruity tasting....

"I NEVER REVIEW ANYWHERE. This is my first time giving a review for a place and this was my first time at Pure Kitchen. As someone with many stomach issues I am so happy that this place has so many different options that are actually filling. I got the protein power bowl and a side of Mac and Cheese and I only got through half the bowl. The staff was so friendly and you can tell they take care to make the food by the way they present it. I will continue eating here for a long time, great place!"
