My order was lost and Javier delivered excellent customer service by offering a complimentary pizza! The pizza was made, and he was very kind and understanding....

good service excellent new pizza, clean and friendly.

with a cup of tea for the food. the manager has lifted my order. then called me 40 minutes after my command. Everything's closed now and I don't have any food.

the pizza and the wings of the pfeffer. I was left with a pizza with mushrooms red and green paprika. I don't like this thing or I would have ordered it. no win...

I called five times each time I was put right in the handle and call everyone I waited between five and 10 minutes, and they would just hang me up

"I NEVER REVIEW ANYWHERE. This is my first time giving a review for a place and this was my first time at Pure Kitchen. As someone with many stomach issues I am so happy that this place has so many different options that are actually filling. I got the protein power bowl and a side of Mac and Cheese and I only got through half the bowl. The staff was so friendly and you can tell they take care to make the food by the way they present it. I will continue eating here for a long time, great place!"

"Morcilla was great. Americano delicious. Sandwich? Bread was fresh and delicious, but the amount of eggs and bacon was a light. Too much open dry bread missing eggs, bacon, butter or any condiments at all. Overall still good food and will order from again."
