To make matters worse, there was a board at the takeout counter filled with tips on how to be a good employee. It’s worth noting that I have frequently waited for my food in the past, and I’ve always been patient without complaining. I understand what it means to work hard because I have a job myself. I wouldn’t want to take my frustrations out on someone just trying to get through their shift, but today’s experience was unacceptable. Waiting 23 minutes for four tacos, with no manager present and coworkers who didn’t seem to care that I was waiting, was incredibly disappointing. Overall, this place is poorly managed, and I won’t be returning again. Never again, TFLATS.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I must say it falls short compared to my usual spot in West Chase. The flautas I ordered were quite different from what I'm used to seeing. The take-home container also seemed a bit underwhelming compared to my expectations. While the meal itself was decent, it lacked the extra toppings and sides that typically come with a fully loaded order. Since I haven't tried anything else from this location, I'll reserve further judgment for now.

We stopped by Flats in Tijuana for lunch, and it was fantastic! The food was amazing—fresh and well-prepared. The team was great and very organized. The bathrooms and tables were consistently clean. I give it an A/B!

Place is always full of other customers who like to bother you while you eat. Got a pocket of pure unmixed spice in my taco. Oh, Yum. Tables always have a greasy feel to them. You couldn't pay me to eat here again.

Love the food in this place. You can never go wrong with them and all there delicious food. I don't have a favorite cause I e tried everything and it's all good like Bruce Almighty said. Great food great drinks and a place where you can bring your family and friends and have some fun here. ?
