"We loved this restaurant, we came everyday for lunch during our week stay in Tampere. Everyday the dishes changed, the salads were delicious and the crunchy balls too! They make all the classic Indian dishes vegan version using tofu instead of paneer) is delicious! Very reasonable price. Highly recommended."

"Here for lunch for your birthday you do not have large group bookings (11 people). The Mains came out 2 hours after the order. Some had to starve earlier. Eat over the price for what was served. "Would like to give five stars as I understood all the dishes in Bistro Vilja were also available as vegan We loved some of the starters: Jerusalem artichoke served with delicious creamy sauce and vegan snails from mushrooms with vegan blue cheese. "The location of the cafe is quite nice and the adjoining tower offers nice views. But the cafe itself is a bit overhyped. Selection is very limited and most people really choose to buy just the traditional doughnuts with some coffee. On summer weekends there seems to be a long queue always so time you visit on weekdays (safe corona distance is impossible... . On weekends the very limited parking space is also a problem, as the city of Tampere is said to aggressively fining cars that are parked nearby..."
