Having been familiar with all of the various outlets that Garcia's has had in Matamoros and Nuevo Progresso for the past fifty years, it is literally an INSTITUTION for us. I have had the good fortune to have known the old man and his two sons, and there is not a finer breed to be found anywhere. Godspeed to them, and may they carry on forever. View all feedback.
