In this heat wave it was such a relief to have air con and a fan in the room!! We have since moved on to another premier inn and it’s unbearable!

"Had been a regular customer before this incident. The store manager was rude and unaccomodating to our concerns with one of items we ordered. No resolution or help was provided. 2 of the other 3 staff members were making innapropriate comments in front of us while we had to resort to ordering another dish since the manager refused to do anything to fix the issue. The 2nd dish that came didnt taste great either, although that could be due to the incident leaving a bad taste in general.Just note that whilst the food is okay, the manager will likely not accomodate to fix any issues with your order. It's all over priced and not worth the hype."

"We waited over 40 minutes for Sunday roast. 2 beef and I chicken meal. 2 small slices of beef on the standard meal, frozen roast potatoes, frozen veg, frozen Yorkshire pudding and what can only be described as packet mash that was horrendously dry. The worse part was the frozen chicken portion that resembled an anemic looking lump of jelly. The middle of the chicken was still frozen. The response from the staff was 'oh sorry, here 's your money back for the chicken dinner. As I refused for them to reheat this in the microwave and and bring it back. This place has gone downhill and we won 't be returning."

"My new go-to place for a tasty breakfast!! Staff were super friendly when you come in and the food was so filling and delicious. Service was very quick and attentive so its great if you’re in a rush. Although the place is quite small and cramped, the food and atmosphere makes it worth a visit. It does get busy but its convenient location to the station makes sense. 100% recommend"

"I have tried various veggie chicken and beefburger from here. they are all cooked to perfection. great taste, moist and fill the local equivalent to five guys but better. they have a small hug area they can sit and eat when they don't pull out. it is quirky and comfortable. if they live in coventry, then a visit here must be."
