We visited the Dugout on a Saturday night looking forward to our chippy supper arriving in plenty of time (10.40pm) before 11.00pm closing time only to find that the door was locked and the Closed display sign with staff appearing ready to leave. Please do not display or advertise closing times that you are not going to adhere to as that can be a real inconvenience to your customers. so disappointed! View all feedback.
