"Booked in advance for lunch/afternoon tea. Arrived after an hour plus drive from home, as did my friend, to find they were shut and a note in the window. I understand due to train strikes staff were unable to come in and they couldn’t open but why didn’t they let those with bookings know?! Had my mobile number from when I made the booking via text. When I complained there was not even an offer to compensate for our wasted trip (free something next visit). Such a shame, as been trying to find a regular place to meet my friend half way and it looked lovely."

"I am regularly in this restaurant. eating is consistently excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend some favorite dishes, but it is all so good it is hard to choose what to eat when we go! Definitiw they give the dragon roll a try though! if they love Sushi/Japanese food, then they must come to osaka."

"Perfect from start to finish. Highly recommend the taster menu. The owner took time to chat to us between courses during the dinner as well. The quality of the fish is excellent and the amount of food just right. The balance of flavours will have you leaving very happily at the end of the meal!"

"If you appreciate good coffee this is definitely the best in Epsom. They also have some great breakfast dishes , juices and some really healthy and delicious lunch options. The team are always really pleasant and service is efficient."

"Went for a birthday dinner and had wonderful experience. the atmosphere (of the music that is a great part of what this restaurant is, to the hand soap in the bathroom) was great without the food and the wine (big fan of the cheesy cauliflower) and the service that know and ask the care of the staff, made it a special opportunity."

"Trying to support local businesses rather than chains my friend and I popped in here rather than Costa next door. So glad we did! We were made to feel really welcome, the coffee was amazing and the staff were constantly cleaning down tables and chairs as people left so it felt very safe. Really recommend it."
