A ridiculously ineffient hotel. Check in takes so long that by the time we had got our room key the bar serving the welcome drinks had closed. The room has a menu for the mini bar but there is no mini bar. The restaurants are painfully slow to serve food. Arrived at 8.45pm and only managed to get to our room at 11.25pm.
