"The drinks are served in big ole red cup with the good small pebble ice. Their unsweetened tea was a bit weak, but I won't hold it against them. The salad bar is great. The actual salad consist of just chopped iceberg lettuce, but they also have potato salad, macaroni salad, corn salad, hard boiled eggs, brunoi diced ham, and pickled okra. Their ketchup is served in the classic Heinz 57 glass bottles, and the hot sauce is Cajun Chef. Their crackers are the best Lance Captain Wafers Crackers that pair so well with southern food or simply butter and hot sauce. Catfish po'boy 9.1/10 Gumbo 6.4/10 Catfish 8.6/10 This catfish is up there with Midendorf's and Country Catfish"

"OLD MALT STAND VIBE. We ordered grilled and fried chicken club sandwiches. The fried one was so delicious. The grilled chicken was dry and bland . The ice cone was really good. We go back to try the fried fish box and seafood box next week. Maybe I'll try the banana gap. I'll let you know how it tastes."

"Food is mediocre. Service is slow and not very friendly. Always always always check food before leaving or pulling off cause I've have issues with them takin care of the issue upon returning 5 mins later. I have no reason to lie or try to con more food or food the way I originally ordered it out of anyone or place. They get really rude and offensive when you question them on your order being wrong or missing no matter how kind you are about it. I don't like to go here and try not to often."
