Eat here, which is one of the stands at the food court. It was buffet style with at least 10 different dishes. I asked if eggs or milk contained and the staff said it was all vegan. I found the taste good through food court standards and the price was more than fair. The best part next to all vegan was brown rice was an option that I did not see on my visit to Penang.
