Couple times buy and eat hoklopan original and pandan at this place, I enjoy the taste and the beats, but after my opinion and taste, it is better to crispy the outer hoklopan surface, but not too overcooked. (it will turn into black, not golden brown). so the butter will not suck well/absorb to the hoklopan, but make the hoklopan too sticky with butter. Finally, I recommend to try hoklopan pandan. Rasanya biasa aja tuh. rasa coklat wijen nya, ketebalan daging, aromanya kurang nendang. Kalau dibandingkan di Jakarta martabak Bangka malah lebih afdol.wangi,tebal, rasanya top. Yahhh..beda daerah beda rasa.. View all feedback.
