What Clay S likes about La Scala Dell'amore:
I have never done a review before but I had too for this restaurant. I can’t recommend this it enough!! Mido (our server) was extremely accommodating. He answered any of our questions about the menu, picked out the best red wine we’ve had on our trip and the food was absolutely beautiful. Mido went above and beyond, very humble and appreciative. What Robert O doesn't like about La Scala Dell'amore:
Whilst the food and ambience were very good I was disappointed that none of the rose wine on the list was available but surprisingly much more expensive options were available. In addition the waiter was promoting the special meal of red snapper which I chose without realising that it cost Euro 70 which was a massive shock when the bill arrived. Lesson learnt don’t take the special without asking the price. View all feedback.

"Simply crazy we come to taormina to celebrate the surprise birthday of my sweet half and would not have existed better place to dine. Unfortunately the strangely low temperature forced us to dine indoors thus losing the wonderful terrace with a view of the sea, but the interior small, cozy, intimate did not make us feel the lack of the outdoor panorama. last but not least, the dishes: All exquisite. the excellent raw material makes you feel the true flavors of the sea. prices in the average and, being the owner a pastaro the portions are satisfactory. the reception and sympathy of the owner put the cherry on the cannolo"
