Had breakfast here for the first time. It was okay. Had the sausage plate. Unfortunately, the sausages were halved and cooked. Extremely dried. The potatoes seemed fried deeper than the pan fried, but still good. Especially when adding their smokey and hot sauces that were delicious. "My family and I enjoyed a wonderful authentic New Mexican dinner at the Ranchos Plaza Grill. Most of us ordered variations of the stuffed sopapillas which came with an extra sopapilla that we ate with honey. The service was outstanding and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant is next to one of our favorite churches and there are plenty of photo opportunities."
