I visited this place a few dozen times during our 5 weeks stay here in Taos, I had nothing but good experiences. My order has never been incorrect or completed from the standard quality range. Unlike what I'm used to in Dallas, I'm always greeted with a friendly and smiling face. I noticed today that I couldn't hear well from the Intercom. It was -7 this morning, not sure if it had anything to do with it. Luckily I u... View all feedback.
What SHANNON Woods doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I haven't been to a McDonald's in a few years, but I was totally disappointed in the Big Mac. It's so small, there are more condiments on it than there was meat. The fries are still awesome though. Service was great! View all feedback.
Not that I eat McDonald's often. The few times I stopped. I prefer this place. Staff is always friendly n always with a smile n food is/is ready to go... Not even I had to wait in the parking lot for my food.
I love my cold coffee there. Saturday my 2 beautiful grandchildren go to Pjs. Fast service, we get everything we want, no MISTAKES. Stop the good workers
Absolutely the WORST venue, a bruise on the corporation image of clean, efficient quality. No open dining room access Confused workflow, slow service Inept personnel Poor supervision On three consecutive visits, Burger meat: very dry and cool, precooked Buns: stale and tough Fries: way past prime, cool Wrong drink No napkins For the public good, this place needs to be CLOSED.
We drove by and saw the adobe facade of this McDonald 's and my kids were excited to visit mainly for the appearance. Besides the usual McDonald 's taste, there wasn 't much to enjoy here. The entire section of tables where the play area is located was completely closed off. There are signs about limiting seating to 30 minutes. We ordered from the McDonald 's app and paid while inside the restaurant. Then my kids asked for the restroom entry code and were asked if we paid yet. I said yes and an employee went to unlock the door. I picked up the food when my name was called, which meant I actually ordered something, but we still received suspicious looks as we departed the counter area. Overall, the posted signs inside and suspicious looks made us feel unwelcome. McD 's is supposed to be the most kid-friendly fast food chain. This is sad because the business from the customers keep the restaurant running and the employees paid. There was a nice long line at the drive-thru, though.
Crazily enough this McDonald’s was the best place we ate in Taos. We tried two other local establishments, and both failed to get us food to eat within hours. This McDonald’s was clean, helpful, quick, got our orders right, and they were really nice to us and our kids. Highly recommend.
