What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
We came a couple of days ago (visiting from out of town) and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and gave up (it was not moving). Came back today at 6p (my daughter loves Wendy's sadly) and there was only 1 car in the drive thru, but it took them forever to complete their ordering process. I love those Wendys! The staff is always friendly and professional... I like an employee named Emily. When I see her in the drive-thru, she always smiles and seems to love her job. I wish the world had more people like them in the customer service industry! View all feedback.
