What Thierry Verdier doesn't like about Asia:
Unfriendly waiter and very ordinary cuisine (lived 20 years in Asia, I can speak about it). Fried plate served with an unfortunate pot of industrial spring roll sauce for example. The products are frozen and the satay sauce, curry... etc. are extravagant and not homemade...
