Evidently more team member training required as I witnessed a customer educating one on what a breast was compared to a thigh. I also witnessed that the drive through had a higher priority over in-store counter purchases. The management rate too casual with their team as there’s not enough policy’s in place where the teenagers behind the counter know they’re representing a business where they don’t prioritise the cus... Very busy during lunch time but still very quick and great service! Staff were switched on and food was fresh.
