I always judge Thai food on the quality of its Massamun cattle nothing worse than the wrong cut of bark and it is dry, or the curry is watery or tasteless ... but this is really sensational! Food was prepared in a timely manner and was got when we recieved it. Unfortunately there was a lot of flavour missing from our dishes. The Prawn Pad Thai was mostly oil and noodle with next to no chilly seasoning, the chicken Pad Se Iew had crunchy vegetables and a very very mild hint of Soya Sauce flavouring.
