I come to this location nearly 3 days a week for work and it has every single time been a bad experience. I dont have the luxary of going elsewhere or I would. I have complained about wrong orders, nobody paying attention to customers line was long butnobody cared) they all stand around in the back talking but act as if nobody is in there. After waiting for approximately 3 minutes and having 3 people look at me, but not acknowledge my existence, I left. I get that the young man closest to the register was crushing ice, but maybe a Hello! Be with you on a minute would have went a long way.Somebody needs to train the employees on customer service.
