"Bar that covered you with a blanket so you wouldn't get cold... that has lost sympathy with the customer... which means that the dishes are not savored in the same way. Bad table service. Sympathy is not hard work and more when you are in a business like this. utter disappointment. At the beginning I thought it was going to go very far... but its table service has ruined EVERYTHING. "I have been coming to Tarifa every year for many years and always come here 2 or 3 times on each visit. Why? Because it is fantastic. The food is terrific and always of high quality the presa iberica is to die for and the staff are brilliant and super friendly. Ignore any negative reviews they are spoilers"

"The food was amazing! Especially the lamb curry and the small moroccan starters. The service was very friendly and it was really cozy to sit inside when it’s a little windy. Otherwise there is also a small terrace. One of my favorite restaurants in Tarifa!"

"We normally come here at least once a year and drive to Tarifa as an excuse to come here; last year we did not make it. When we arrived this year at first we were surprised to see so few cars in the parking, normally the parking on the other side of the road needs to be used since the one next to venta is full, this year we could just pull up into the venta's parking with plenty of space left. The food is still very nice and the service is good but, compared to 2 years ago: the price has increased by an average of 25% over 2 years the portions have cleary gotten smaller the menu has been reduced."

"This restaurant is very non-pretentious. What you see is what you get. The freshest, tastiest fish, great wine. Fantastic range of raciones tapas that are very typical in Andalusia. The price for the food is more than reasonable, almost cheap given the quality. The staff is incredibly friendly and inclusive. Mainly frequented by local people."
