"Really nice smoked and juicy meats. Seating is only outdoors so check the weather. When I went it was windy and raining. Not a great way to enjoy some good food. I just have to go back now. Customer service was top ... The lady there know how to look after customers. Parking: Industrial area so parking during the week can be hard with lots of trucks all around. Service: Dine in"

"Generally I wouldn't be too critical on the restaurants as I understand the effort they put in. However this restaurant made me feel I should give a proper review. Tried take away here about 3 times in the last 2 years and the quality of food has been deteriorating every other time. Dine in experience is one of the worst ever I have experienced in Melbourne. Service: Very poor, no greeting, no cutlery and water is provided not until we requested for. When we asked the waitress for water, cutlery and to replace the untidy glasses, we got a wierd look which made us feel embarrassed. Cleanliness: The plates came with black dots and I had to clean it up. There were food droppings everywhere on the floor (check the pic). The cutlery, glasses and the water jug were not cleaned properly and the marks are clearly seen (check the pics). When asked for the glasses to be replaced, we were provided with plastic glasses which were not cleaned properly either. Quality of food: Crispy Chicken looked like half cooked. The rice in the biryani got dried. It looked as if it was cooked days before and either mixed with new batch or reheated (See the pic). Totally ruined my birthday dinner. Could have gone some where else."

"I ate here 06th February 2017.We ordered a pasta each, a diet coke each and a some bread (you pay extra for a piece of bread). Our past and drink arrived, but the bread never did.After eating our meals, we waited for someone to return to see if we wanted dessert - we'd looked at the menu earlier and we both saw something we liked. Eventually I walked up to the counter and grabbed a menu and said to the two staff standing there doing nothing that we will to order dessert. I took the menus back to our table, we double-checked what we wanted to order and waited. After 10 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving I told the cashier that we didn't get our bread. He said "but I take it you did get your pasta and drink?". It felt somewhat condescending. He did ask if we wanted him to give us some bread to take home.This was a Monday evening. The place would have been 25% - 30% full and there was plenty of staff not looking particularly busy. Not sure we'll return. And not great for the owners if their staff aren't attentive to customers who have told them "we want to order more food", ie we want to spend more money in your restaurant.The pasta was very good. Seating uncomfortable."

"This place is great if you're after authentic style pizzas and pasta.They have a huge selection of pizzas so there is something to suit everyone.The staff are so friendly and attentive - some of the friendliest wait staff I've dealt with. An added bonus is that they have crayons and paper table clothes, which is great to keep the kids entertain. However, I'm 24 and don't have kids, but my partner and I still enjoyed being big kids for the night."

"Lattes I've had here have all been A1. We've had breakfast here, probably a week or two after it opened. I ordered the Birdcage Special (which is essentially a "big breakfast"). It was good without knocking my socks off. Perhaps brisket was a little dry. My Partner ordered some improvised Gnocchi breakfast thing which was not that great. Gnocchi was poorly cooked. We will definitely come back here for food, given it is the only urbane café within walking distance of our house."
