Maybe the Plaza renovations are complicated by BJ?'s business. Yesterday I have sweet and sour chicken and a Californian role. Both elements were a great disappointment and not the previous standards. The chicken was hard and leathery. The meat was as jerky and the outer coating was gummy and hard. Not crispy. Terrible.
