Scratch House Pub is the new name of Mulligans Irish Pub in Wentworth Golf Club Estates, in Tarpon Springs, Tampa Bay. Had good crispy fish chips and salmon burgers. Children Hot Dog was a bit dry and child didn't like it. Waitress wouldn't turn it off for the child.
